The girls had a spring shopping trip to Lexington last week. Abigail got her 5 year pictures done in her outfit she picked out. Her new favorite color is gold. So funny that girl. We also saw Olaf!

Spring has sprung...

..a new wreath to celebrate! I made it myself and saved my husband lots of money which I am not sure he in entirely as thankful as he should be!

Final Days of our First Homeschool Year!

Just 10 days left!! Can you feel the excitement?

We will start our next year on Monday, June 2nd!

Roxy's birthday

Roxy and her sister Cossie turned one this week and we got invited to the party!


This is Roxy and her new Mom, Ms. Jessica. She is just rotten now. She had her birthday dress on which Abby loved because the sequins sparkled!!


This is Rastus and his new mom. He was styling in his Hawaiin shirt. He remembered us and was so fun to play with. His new mom and dad just love him to pieces and you can tell he is never a want for attention. This was such a blessing to see that both of our dogs are so happy. We made the best choice for them. It was a hard choice but it was best.











Claire met a little friend at the party...she was so excited..she came in saying, "Momma, there is another little girl here that is little like me!!" They had such a great time playing. What a fun party! Happy Birthday to Roxy and Cossie!

Update on Darbens

Darbens had for surgery about two months ago to try to help him walk. His casts came if yesterday and just look at this precious boy walking!!!


His first steps! I love the joy on his face.


What a joy it is to share in this little boy's life. Today I am thankful for modern medicine and God's power and hand to heal.


I can hardly wait to squeeze this little boy! We will be taking a second team to serve in Haiti April 26- May 2nd. Simply can't wait!
