What fun today at Art. Carson told me that he doesn't like working with the pastels (chalk)...he doesn't like getting his hands dirty. So funny. So thankful to have this opportunity for them to create!

Why yes, it is a Star Wars Saturday Morning!

It didn't take long after turning on Star Wars this morning that one little boy ran down stairs to get the light sabers so they could fight during the fight scenes! 

For the Little Girls..

Yesterday we accomplished a lot for the little girls. I was able to finish both quilt tops for their beds and 4 pretty pillowcases with pockets for their books! Too fun! We will take the tops of the quilts, the material for the backing and binding to the local quilt store tomorrow! 

Abby Funnies

Roo just came into our room (after she has been in bed 45 minutes) and said, "Mommy, my tummy is rumbling. I think it needs some food."
I told her it was too late and she needed to get back in bed. She proceeded to say,"Well, could you give me something for my ears so I don't hear my belly rumbling?...It's keeping me awake and I can't sleep."
Seriously. Such a funny girl.

Little Boots

The littlest girl got her first pair of boots for her upcoming birthday and they are pink! So cute!

The Best Job Ever.

Just a bit of reading during home school yesterday and somebody took a rest. I really do have the best job ever. For these precious moments I am so thankful.
