A Great Day...
Bathing Beauty's
Just taking in a little.....
Just taking in a little.....
SHADE!! :)
A great day....this morning our re-inspection went great! Praise the Lord! The structural report came back much better than expected and we are looking at hopefully a cosmetic fix of around $500 instead of $2000. We will submit the approval for this tomarrow...keep praying that all with the FHA loan works out and timely. This afternoon we met friends Mackenzie and Madison at the splash park to enjoy a little fun in the sun....or fun in the shade in the little girl's case. The weather was perfect...even a little breeze to keep us cool...loved getting to spend time with good friends playing! Summertime...Woo Hoo!
Waiting...
We have learned so much in waiting in the Lord in the past nine years of marriage...waiting on His timing and not trying to work it all out on our own time schedule...which seems really difficult sometimes because I especially like to have everything all taken care of and completed. He is continually teaching us to wait....wait on Him. His plans are far better and His timing is perfect, of course it is....how could it not be from an all-knowing God who tenderly cares for His children faithfully time and time again. I find myself reflecting on waiting this morning as I prepare my heart for the day. Today we have a re-inspection of our rent house that we recently got a contract on and are in the process of selling. The first inspector said that in his opinion the house needed another 4 piers. We are praying that the re-inspection shows that all of the repair work and piering that has already been done is sufficient and the home does not need any more piering. At times I find myself a little fearful that the inspector will find that we need more than 4 piers or find something else wrong with the home....this home has been our lion the last 6 years. It seemed like something was always going on that needed to be repaired.....it makes me remember how faithful God is to provide as time after time He provided financially for us to maintain this home....amazingly the past six months as we have paid double mortgage payments while trying to sell it. I will resign myself to continue to wait with an expectant hope that He will work all things out for good.

Memorial Day
Daddy & the boys playing tag!
Abby Ruth and I hanging out...this is wearing her out! :)
The new family pic....
Memorial Day fun. We decided on a picnic at the splash park and indeed had a great time. The clouds rolled in and it was quite chilly but Carson enjoyed his ten minutes of play in the freezing water while Andrew ran around on the outside saying that it was too cold to get in...our festivities ended with a game of tag with Daddy...too fun!

Daddy is 30.....or "Firty as the boys would say"!!
We had a super fun night celebrating Daddy with mexican food and some shopping just for Dad and topped off with some yummy cheesecake. Oh how we thank God for Daddy! What a blessed woman I am to get to grow old with Dustin Wayne Cupp! As you have noticed...I am sure...I have been a bad blogger lately....life is a little more hectic, for sure, with three little monkeys. We have also stopped production for right now with the business and so that means that I am also sewing all the new fabrics myself.... orders are picking up and we are praying for a great market in June. Abigail....please pray for Abigail...it seems like one thing after another with her. As you can see from the picture she is wearing a full body brace now 24/7 to help with her developmental hip displasia....we are praying that the brace will work and that she will only need to wear it for two weeks....she doesn't seem to mind it which is great.... she is also still not pooping like she should be...we go to the doctor in the morning and will have to begin some futher tests to see what is causing this abnormality. She is such a joy...she doesn't act like her hip or belly hurt her...and boy does she love to sleep...she gave her Mommy a wonderful gift of a 7 hour shift of sleep last night before she awoke to eat! Woo Hoo! Please continue to pray for our contract on the Rent House...we had inspections this week and everything went great except for one issue... the inspector wants 4 more exterior piers installed...to the tune of $2000.00...and we have already put 20 piers in this home...please pray that God will work all the details out as we are trusting Him to do. Praise...Praise God for SKYPE...I was able to talk to my good friend Cinthya (her and her family serve in Honduras) twice last week over the computer across the world for FREE...amazing...what a wonderful resource...how amazing!

Mother's Day at the Zoo
Abigail's First Trip to the Zoo...she took in alot of sights..with her eyes closed!
The weather was actaully pretty nice on Mother's Day so we decided on peanut butter sandwiches and a trip to the zoo. The boys had been wanting to go since we heard that they got a new tiger train...orange and black...it was pretty neat...not sure why I didn't get a pic of that :) It was a fun afternoon..Carson and Daddy even got to ride a camel. Andrew only decided that he wanted to go only when Daddy and Carson had loaded up and they were on thier way...too late, of course! We do have a praise...Abigail started pooping again on Saturday...praise the Lord! She has pooped once every day since then...praise the Lord!! Thank you so much for praying!
We are looking forward to the weekend ahead...Mimi is coming to stay with the boys as Dustin, Abigail and I are heading to Dallas for the Resident Chief's Conference. I know that it will be a really neat time....have a great day! Praising Him! -The Cupp Crew

Abby Ruth is Three Weeks Old Today!
Abigail is three weeks old today! Wow! That seems unreal...I know that these pics are only gas smiles but they still melt my heart! Would you pray for Abigail today? It has been 8 days since she has pooped on her own and we are starting to get concerned...at her age she should be pooping at least 3 times a day. She was really fussy yesterday but seems much better this morning. Oh how we love this little munchkin! Thanks so much for praying for our little princess...

Playdate with Madison
There will be sunshine...at last!
A day of sunshine!! Praise the Lord!! Watching the boys now as they play outside...hooray for the short rest from raindrops falling on our heads. Thought I would post these pics of Abigail napping in her crib to show you how little she looks in it! We went to see the doctor tuesday for her two week check up and she now weighs 9 lbs 7 oz.....Dustin and I both thought she would weigh close to 10 lbs so that surprised us. Met with the guy that buys "ugly" homes on Monday and he pretty much told us that our rental home is too nice for what they buy and invest in....so we are kind of back to square one again. We have decided to relist it this month with our realtor. We both don't have a peace about renting it out again since we have put in so much money again to fix it and sell it. We know that God has the right people for this home....we are trusting that He will bring an offer soon. "Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus, just to take Him at His word.....Jesus, Jesus, How I trust him, how I proved him over and over. Jesus, Jesus precious Jesus, oh for grace to trust Him more." -while thinking of this trial that we are in just now in blogging it this song came into my heart and onto my lips....He is so faithful....over and over again he has proved to be so faithful to our family...today I am praying-- just as the song says-- for grace to trust him more.

Little Bird
Little bird...that is what we call Miss Abigail these days...she is always cocking her mouth open to eat when she hears her Mommy's voice. :) God has blessed us with a child that loves to sleep. We have never experienced this and it is simply wonderful. For the past three nights she has eaten at 10:30pm, 2:30am and then 7am when we are all getting up. Wow! Now during the day she eats every 2.5 hrs of course, but sometimes I even have to wake her for this. Speaking of birds...the birds have hatched! I climbed up on the ladder today and here is the best pic I captured...all you can really see is thier fuzzy heads. We heard them all chirping this morning as thier Mommy fed them...so sweet. Short post...gotta fix lunch and get ready for school...pray today for our rental home..we are meeting with a company that buys homes...hopefully they will want to purchase it. Have a great day!

Time flies when you are having fun...2 Weeks with Abigail Ruth!
Abby Ruth & Glenna Ruth (her great-granmother)
Abigail & Great Aunt Becky
Attended The Lion King 8 days old
Time flies when you are having fun....last night Dustin was holding Abigail and I just said wow she will be 2 weeks old tomarrow. Dustin replied, "Try one week old." ....No....hard to believe but we have now been enjoying loving on Abigail for two weeks now!! We both laughed..it doesn't seem like two weeks that she has been here but it truly has! What a joy she is! As you can tell from the pictures above, her brothers are super duper proud of her. They love to hold her, give her baths and stuff her paci in her mouth at any given opportunity (no, she doesn't like this at all but I think she has learned -so quickly I might add- to appease them every now and then by sucking on it when it is being jammed down her throat! :) ) Last weekend was a bit crazy but all worked out great! Abigail is one cultured little girl already---she has already been to her first baseball game, play and official tea. The tea party meet & great for Abigail was such a delight to get to see some dear friends in OKC and the cookies were delicious...I am pretty sure the boys and I consumed waaaay too many. Monday was my first official day with all three monkeys by myself and all went surprisingly well. I was a little worried about the getting everyone ready, fed, loaded up and to school on time everyday but we seemed to accomplish it somehow everyday this week. I did try to brave a trip to Target on wednesday and of course when I pulled up in the parking lot it started pouring down rain...the kidos were dry when we finaaly got inside but I was soaked..a memorable first trip out for sure. I am going to have to praise my husband for a minute. I truly believe that God has blessed me with the sweetest, most compassionate husband...that I am so proud of. Last night he asked me, "Honey, am I doing enough to help you?"...talk about melt my heart...he has been so helpful and sensitive to myself and the boys and now Abigail....bless him...oh how I love him!....speaking of being proud of him...wanted to share with you all that he got nominated from the faculty and his peers at his residency program to be one of the Chief Residents next year...sooo neat..we are so very proud of Him and the opportunity that God has given him to lead out in the residency program in the coming year! And just in case you were wondering...yes, the bird is still sitting on her eggs...it has been three weeks now..we are beginning to wonder if they are ever going to hatch :) In writing this post I had to pause and walk away from the computer to change Abigail and get her ready for bed..in doing so I noticed that she has finally lost her umbilical cord...wow! Time truly does fly when you are having fun loving on Abigail!
